The Standard Double Room was clean and functional, with a large work table and a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. The attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, greeting us each day with a smile. The 12th-floor lounge offered excellent Costa coffee in the morning and tea until late, making it a great relaxation spot with stunning views. The location in Shimbashi is perfect, just a short walk to the metro, putting the heart of Tokyo at your fingertips. However, the room was a bit cramped for two people. We also noticed the elevators were frequently busy, which could be inconvenient at times. Overall, the stay was comfortable with modern amenities, but some minor tweaks could enhance the experience even further.

I stayed in the Economy Twin Room for 5 nights. The room was super stylish and cozy, and I loved the calming color scheme. The compact size was used well, and I appreciated the bathroom amenities. The top floor lounge was a highlight with great coffee and a beautiful Tokyo Tower view, but the milk was out of stock, which was a bummer. Overall, the setup had a really nice vibe!

Family with children modern getaway
The lounge on the 12th floor was fantastic. We enjoyed some amazing Costa coffee while looking out at the Tokyo Tower. It was a relaxin' spot after a long day. Our room was spotless with a comfy bed for my wife and our 4yo son, which was a relief.
It wasn’t the cheapest, but still good for what we got.
